摘要
目的观察厄贝沙坦对高血压左室肥厚患者的降压效果及对左室结构的影响。方法采用治疗前后自身对比分析方法,60例患者每日晨服厄贝沙坦75 mg,6个月后,超声观察患者舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)、舒张末期左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、舒张末期左室腔内径(LVDd)及左室重度指数(LVMI)。结果治疗前、后高血压及左室肥厚差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论厄贝沙坦具有良好的降压效果,可显著逆转左室肥厚。
Objective To study the effect of irbesartan on left ventricular hypertrophy and the structural left ventricular of patients with essential hypertension. Methods 60 primary hypertensive patients were given irbesartan 75 mg/d. After 6 months, LVMI, LVDd, LVPWT and IVST were measured by echocardiography. Results Compared with post-operation,there were significant differences in blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Irbesartan is effective on decreasing blood pressure and reversing the left ventricular hypertrophy.
