摘要
工程总承包（EPC）是当今国际工程承包的主要模式，由中国石油工程建设公司（CPECC）承包的科威特集油站工程就是一个典型的EPC项目，该文以此为例，对EPC项目的进度控制问题进行了阐述和探讨。
Entire Proect Contract (EPC) ls main way to handle international proect contract. The KuwaitOil Gathering Center Engineering undertook by China Petroleum Engineering Construction Corp(CPECC) is a typical EPC proect. This paper introduces and discusses the progress control on thisEPC project.
