摘要
针对磨粉机在加工过程中磨辊温度的升高对面粉品质影响的问题,设计了旋转热管冷却式磨辊。设计计算了旋转热管相关参数的选择,如工质、充液量、翅片的结构尺寸等。对设计的热管进行了实验测试,结果证明,参数设计基本符合要求。
To solve the influence of grinder roll's rising temperature on the quality of flour during the working process of mill,the cooled type grinder roll was designed.This paper describes the selection and design of its related parameters,such as the working fluid,the quantity of injection,and structural size of the fin and so on.The results show that the parameters design can well meet the requirements.
