摘要
介绍撞击流的基本原理及其对相间传递的显著强化作用，评介已有的研究结果，分析撞击流技术的基本特性，在此基础上评述撞击流在干燥领域中应用的进展、现状和趋势。
The essential principles of impinging streams and its performance in enhancing transfer processes in heterogeneous systems are briefly described.The main research results reported are reviewed,and the characteristics of impinging streams technique,its advantages and weakness are discussed as well.The progress,present status and tendency of application of impinging streams in drying technology are appraised.
