弯叶圆盘涡轮搅拌器桨叶定位尺寸及下料尺寸的确定

DETERMINATION OF LOCATING DIMENSION AND CUTTING OUT DIMEMSION OF BLADE FOR BENT BLADE DISK TURBING AGITATOR

根据弯叶圆盘涡轮搅拌器的桨叶及轮盘尺寸的几何关系，推导了焊接桨叶及螺栓连接桨叶的定位尺寸，同时也给出了桨叶的下料尺寸，并用ＦＯＲＴＲＡＮ语言编写了计算程序，为弯叶圆盘涡轮搅拌器桨叶的制造和安装提供了方便。

Based on the geometic relationship between the size of blade and disk,the locating dimension of welded blade and bolted blade are derived.And the cutting out dimension of blade is given too simultaneously.The calculation program with FORTRAN languge is compiled.It may be conducible to manufacture and assembly of bent blade disk turbine agitator.
