浅谈硫铁矿渣增湿器技术的发展

对两种硫铁矿渣增湿器进行技术经济比较。基于搅拌增湿原理的双轴桨叶式增湿器，叶片易磨损，密封性差，增湿效率低，不宜大型化；而基于混合增湿原理的滚筒式增湿器，无磨损腐蚀问题，运行平稳，密封性好，容易实现自动化控制，处理能力大，综合经济指标较好。

Abstract A technical and economic comparison between two kinds of pyrite cinder humidifiers is conducted. Biaxial blade humidifier, based on stirring mechanism, is prone to wearing of blade and leaking and has limited treatment capacity. By contrary, rolling humidifier, based on tumbling mechanism, operates smothly without leakage, abrasion and corrosion and is easy to realize automatic control and increase treatment capacity, which results in superior comprehensive economic indexes.
