带内换热器的转化器的设计改进

Design improvement of converter with internal heat exchanger

内换热器的下管板与转化器壳体采用膨胀环连接，以简化结构，保证壳体强度和刚度，有效补偿壳体与管子之间由于热膨胀而产生的温差应力。介绍了膨胀环应力近似计算公式及设计实例。转化器内部用一根中心立柱支撑，结构简单，有利于气体分布和转化器壳体受力。

Abstract The lower tube plate of internal heat exchanger was connected to converter shell by an expansion loop to simplify structure, gurantee strength and regidity of shell and compensate for differential stress betwen shell and tubes due to heat expansion. Formula for approximative stress calculation of expansion loop is described with a design case cited. The converter has a top to bottom core post for catalyst beds supporting. The structure is simple and advantageous to gas distribution and load bearing of sheel.
