冶炼烟气焚硫制酸装置的影响因素与对策

Factors affecting sulphuric acid production based on sulphur burning with smelter offgas and countermeasures

在已建成“稀酸洗净化一转一吸”冶炼烟气制酸装置的基础上，通过增建熔硫焚硫系统，用低ＳＯ２冶炼烟气焚硫制酸，以改善装置的运行条件，年增产硫酸２０ｋｔ。重点分析冶炼烟气质量和硫磺质量对装置运行的影响，提出装置目前存在的问题和对策。

Abstract Operation condition was improved and 20kt/a of additional production capacity was obtained in an existing low SO 2 smelter offgas sulphuric acid plant with weak acid scrubbing and single absorption process by adding a sulphur melting and burning system and blowing in the burner with the smelter offgas instead of air to produce sulphuric acid. The effects of the quality of offgas and sulphur on plant operation are analyzed and the solutions to existing problems are presented.
