在分析当前就业形势的基础上,从积极因素和消极因素两个方面指出了本科毕业生上学期找工作对教学工作的影响。针对消极因素,提出了要从毕业生自身、学校和社会等三个方面来综合考虑,并给出了相应的解决对策。

On anglicizing employment Situation, the paper pointed out the effect to teaching work about graduates of undergraduate look for a job in the first half term and its＇ countermeasure from two aspects with active and passive factors. According to the passive factors, the paper pointed out that it is necessary for comprehensive consideration from Undergraduates ,colleges and society, and give some corresponding countermeasures.
