摘要 详细介绍了如何提高煤气发生炉的吹风蓄热效率;适当提高气化层温度,增加蓄热量;采用高热焓的过热蒸汽制气;充分利用加氮蓄热,提高气化效率;采用前吹净方法来增加加氮总量,提高气化效率;合理控制蒸汽流量等技术措施来解决煤气发生炉系统的增产节能等问题。 A detailed description is given of the technical measures, including how to improve the heat accumulation efficiency of the blast in the gasifier, increase in heat storage capacity by appropriately raising the temperature in the gasification layer, gasification with superheated steam of high enthalpy, improvement on gasification efficiency by full utilization of heat accumulation with addition of nitrogen, improvement on gasification efficiency by forepurge to increase the total amount of nitrogen added, and rational control of the steam flowrate, for increase in output and saving in energy of the gasifier system.
