摘要
介绍了湖北鄂西化工厂硝铵造粒塔在运行中出现的腐蚀和破坏情况。在研究、分析的基础上,笔者选择了合适的维修、防腐材料并制订出周密的施工方案,最终对造粒塔实施了内壁置换混凝土及更换玻璃钢、外壁混凝土修补、防护及压力灌浆的大修防腐工程。竣工至今效果良好。
The occurrence is presented of corrosion and damage during the operation of the ammonium nitrate prilling tower at Hubei Exi Chemical Plant. On the basis of study and analysis, appropriate upkeep and corrosion preventive materials are chosen and a wellconceived working scheme is formulated. Ultimately, an overhaul for corrosion prevention has been carried out of the prilling tower by replacement of concrete and glass fiber reinforced plastic for the inner wall and patching with concrete, prevention and pressure grouting of the outer wall. Since its completion the result has been satisfactory.
