真武壮肾汤对单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠肾间质纤维化防治的实验研究

Experimental study of prevent renal interstitial fibrosis with Zhenwu Zhuangshen Tang on rats unilateral ureteral obstruction

目的:探讨中药真武壮肾汤对单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠肾间质纤维化防治的效果及机制。方法:将36只大鼠随机分为:假手术组、模型组、中药组,采用单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)制作动物模型,术后7、14d检测肾组织TGFβ1及FN的表达。结果:中药组较模型组大鼠肾组织TGFβ1表达减弱,而FN生成减少。结论:真武壮肾汤可抑制TGFβ1表达,对抗肾间质纤维化。

Objective： To explore the effect of Zhenwu Zhuangshen Tang on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats.Methods： 36 rats were randomly divided into three groups： sham operation group,model group,Zhenwu Zhuangshen Tang group.The model rats were subjected to UUO,after treatment of 7 and 14 days,the expression of TGFβ1,FN in renal tissue were examined. Results： The expression of TGFβ1 and FN were lower. Conclusion： Zhenwu Zhuangshen Tang can inhibit TGFβ1 expression and retard the development of renal interstitial fibrosis.
