摘要
采用微槽电刷镀方法研究了刷镀硬铬时电压和温度对铬镀层硬度、结合力和表现质量的影响，并通过二次电子图像讨论了刷镀硬铬与槽镀硬铬的显微组织区别，提出了合适的工艺条件。
The effects of voltage and temperature of brush plating on hardness, adhesion and surface quality of hardchromium coating were studied. Comparisons werealso made on microstructures. Some operating conditions for brush plating were introduced and discussed.
