摘要
本文研究了化学成分与时效处理对镍磷涂层性能的影响,结果发现,沉积态下低磷涂层硬度、耐磨性高于高磷涂层,时效处理后,高磷涂层则具有更高的硬度与耐磨性。根据镍磷合金的成分与组织状态来选择镍磷耐磨涂层。
