热毒宁注射液与6种输液配伍时的绿原酸稳定性考察

Study on the compatible stability of chlorogenic acid in Reduning Injection mixed with 6 kinds of infusions

目的:考察热毒宁注射液中绿原酸在6种常用输液中的稳定性,为临床用药提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定热毒宁注射液中绿原酸在6种常用输液中12 h内的含量变化,观察溶液颜色,测定pH变化。结果:热毒宁注射液加入6种输液后放置12 h,颜色无明显变化,未见沉淀生成,pH改变不大,绿原酸含量变化不显著。结论:热毒宁注射液在6种常用输液中12 h内稳定性良好。

Objective： To study the compatible stability of chlorogenic acid in Reduning Injection mixed with 6 kinds of infusions and provide a scientific basis for the clinical drug usage. Methods ： The content of chlorogenic acid in Reduning Injection during 12 h was determined by high -pressure liquid chromatography （HPLC） when being mixed with 6 kinds of infusions. The color of solution was observed and the pH value was measured. Results： The color of the solution had no apparent change and no sediment was generated. The pH value and the content of chlorogenic acid did not change significantly at 12 h after Reduning Injection was mixed with 6 kinds of infusions. Conclusion ： Reduning Injection has good compatible stability in the 6 kinds of infusions.
