摘要
学校课程管理是我国三级课程管理体制改革中重要的一环,牵涉到了学校管理系统中最核心、最复杂的问题。目前普通高中学校课程管理中存在管理意识淡薄、管理能力不足、管理机构僵化、资金短缺以及课程政策本身局限性等问题,致使学校课程管理的质量和效益难以得到保证。寻找普通高中学校课程管理的策略,可为学校课程管理实践提供帮助和指导。
School curriculum management is an important link in reforming the third-level curriculum management system of our country, involving the most central and complicated problems in the school management system. Currently exist in the curriculum management of ordinary senior high schools such problems as weak management awareness, poor management ability, fossilized management organizations, insufficient capital and limitations in the curriculum policies, as a result of which the quality and benefits of curriculum management can't be guaranteed. In view of this, acquiring the strategies of school curriculum management will provide help and guidance for the school curriculum management.
