通过外部多路转换器电路,减少了PLC模块的使用数量,降低了控制系统的成本;通过外部故障信息编码显示电路和语音提示电路,最大限度地实现人与PLC控制系统的人机交流,使PLC控制系统更加智能化和实用化,提高了工作效率.
The article introduces the application of PLC （Programmable Logic Controller） control system in Sack - dust catcher of coal - burning boiler. As well as the application of PLC basic control functions, there is also an external multi - circuit converter circuit, reduce the number of the PLC modules, and decrease the cost of the control system; Through external error encoder displaying circuit and voice message circuit, realized dialog be- tween Person and PLC control system in maximum, and make the PLC control system more intelligent and practical, and increase the efficiency.
