摘要
以根段为实验材料,对安祖花组织培养技术进行了研究.结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA 2.0 mg/L,诱导率最高为80%;最佳分化培养基为MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;最适宜的生根培养基为MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+0.1%Ac,生根率为100%.
Using the roots of Anthurium andraeanum as material, we have conducted tissue culture technology research of Anthurium andraeanum. It shows that the most appropriate induction culture medium is MS + BA 2. 0mg/L, the ratio of induction is 80%. The most appropriate secondry culture medium is MS + BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L. The most appropriate roots - planting culture medium is MS + IBA 0.2mg/L +0.1% Ac,and the rooting rate is up to 100%.
