摘要
以贵州高岭土及炭黑为原料,用碳热还原—氮化法合成了β-Sialon粉末,研究了混料配比,反应温度和保温时间等工艺参数对反应产物组成的影响,反应物系的物相转变过程,β-Sialon形成的机理。
β-Sialon powder was synthesized from kaolin and carbon black through car-bothermal reduction-nitridation reaction. The effect of reaction temperature and holding time on phase content is discribed. The phase transformation during the formation process of β-Sialon is also discussed in detail.
