临床路径作为一种新型的病种管理模式,具有改善医疗服务质量,降低医疗服务费用,提高患者满意度,增强医院竞争力的作用。欧美等国家医院较早成功实施临床路径,而我国对临床路径的实施还刚刚起步。从宏观环境和微观管理2个层面,对影响临床路径开展的国内外因素进行比较分析,为临床路径的实施相关政策与制度的设计提供参考依据。

Clinical Pathway （CP） could be considered as a new-style single-disease management model which could better medical quality , reduce medical fee, improve the degree of satisfaction and stengthen the competitive power .CP has being successfully implemented in America , European et al. early.Instead, it is a development stage in our country.Through macro-environment and micro-management , the paper analyzes the factors which are harmful to the development of CP in our country by comparison with other countries. On that basis, relative suggestions are raised and the future of CP is expected in China.
