Application of Balance Valves in Heat Supply Network Reformation

分析某小区供热管网改造中存在的问题及产生原因,在满足供热区域现有热用户供热量需求并兼顾原热网敷设条件的基础上,提出了热网改造方案并进行了设计。采用平衡阀进行水力平衡,解决了供热管网系统冷热不均、水力失调、运行费用过高等问题,达到了节能、降低运行费用和管理费用并满足人们热舒适性要求的目的。

After analyzed the problems and causes of the heat supply networks in a quarter, a reforming scheme for the heat supply networks was proposed and the design on the basis of satisfying the heating demand of existing buildings and new built buildings and the installation conditions of existing networks was performed. The problems including unstable temperature adjustment, hydraulic disorder and high operating expenses, etc, were solved by using balance valves, which can reduce the energy consumption, operating and management expenses and satisfy the demand of human thermal comfort.
