摘要
为了有效改善铝压延加工后的工艺性能和使用性能,需要对其进行退火处理。退火后的铝卷温度较高,如果仅靠自然冷却,耗时太长,严重影响生产效率。如采用通风冷却,能够大大减少料卷冷却时间,提高生产效率。但采用何种冷却送风模式,冷却最快,占地最少,却没有明确结论。本文通过实验,得出几个对比模型的实验数据。认为根据企业的不同具体情况,选择合适的送风方式,才最经济合理。
Ventilation of annealing coils can shorten the cooling time, which improves coils production efficiency sharply. With different of cooling method, the cooling efficiency is different. Based on in-situ experiment data, an optimization ventilation mode was attained, which can achieve the best efficient both of economy and production performance.
