自高炉喷涂技术被成功应用之后,高炉炉缸安全与否就成为决定高炉寿命长短的最主要因素,但对于检验炉缸安全程度的标准基本上都是延续20世纪约60年代的数据,随着高炉炉底、炉缸材料的大幅度创新、进步,特别是近几年优质陶瓷杯、优质碳砖的大量使用,原定的炉缸安全标准是否应该做出相应的调整,就此进行简要分析。
