摘要
甲烷冷冻压缩机排气阀盖国产紧固螺栓发生断裂，对螺栓的化学成分、断口形貌、金相组织、机械性能等进行了检测与分析，并与日本产螺栓的性能进行了对比检测、强度校核，综合分析了螺栓的失效原因，提出了改进措施。
Domestic fastening bolts of exhust valve cap for mathane refrigeration compressor are ruptured.The examinations and analyses of chemical composition,fracture texture,metallographic structure and mechanical property of bolt are carried out.This examination datum and strength are compared with bolts made in Japan.The failure reasons of bolt are analyzed comprehensively.The improvement is put forward.
