摘要
应用CVDA-84“压力容器缺陷评定规范”中的COD法对丁二烯分水罐焊缝存在的长达300mm的埋藏未焊透进行了评定,同时对壳体厚度小于25mm的压力容器焊缝存在埋藏未焊透与未熔合的容限及安全性进行了探讨。
By means of the COD method in the CVDA84 “pressure vessel defect evaluation code”,the lack of penetration about 300mm hidden in the weld seam of butadiene knockout drum is evaluated.The permitted limit and safety of lack of fushion and penetration existed in welding seam of pressure vessel with 25mm shell thickness is discussed too simultaneously.
