摘要
以8个杏树品种优选一号、优选二号、红丰、新世纪、兰州大接杏、骆驼黄、凯特、金太阳的花为试验材料,测定了经过0℃、-2℃、-4℃、-6℃,3个低温梯度处理后各种生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:其花器官的半致死温度分别为-4.87、-5.44、-5.65、-4.32、-4.76、-4.39-、2.57-、5.45℃;SOD、CAT、POD较高的活性有利于花的抗寒;脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖的含量与杏花的抗寒性成正相关;较高的MDA、H2O2含量和较快的超氧阴离子自由基产生速率会协同低温进一步伤害杏花。8个供试验品种抗寒性排序为:红丰>优选一号>优选二号>凯特>骆驼黄>新世纪>兰州大接杏>金太阳。
The flower of eight cultivars of Armeniaca vulgaris such as ‘Youxuan Ⅰ’,‘Youxuan Ⅱ’, ‘Hongfeng', ‘Xinshi- ji’,‘ Lanzhoudajiexing’,‘ Luotuohuang’,‘ Katy’, and ‘Jintaiyang’ were used in this study. Flower treated with 0, - 2, -4 and -6℃ and measured the physiological and biochemical indexes. The results showed that the LTSO were -4. 87, -5.44,-5.65,-4. 32,-4. 76,-4. 39,-2. 57,-5. 45℃. Higher activities of SOD, POD, CAT improved the cold resistance, higher contents of proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein increased the cold resistance, higher contents of MDA and H2O2, superoxide anion production rate could hurt apricot flowers. By analyzing the eight cultivars tested for cold resistance of fruit sort: ‘ Hongfeng’ ‘ Youxuan Ⅰ’ ) ‘ Youxuan Ⅱ’ 〉 ‘ Katy’ 〉‘ Luotuohuang’ 〉 ‘ Xinshiji ’ 〉 ‘Lanzhoudaj iexing’ 〉 ‘J intaiyang ’.
