大都市女性流动人口特征与结构解析--以上海市浦东新区实证研究为例

Analysis on the Characteristics and Structure of Woman Floating Population in the Metropolis:Experiences from Pudong New Area

上海作为国际化大都市素有移民城市之美誉,其海纳百川的胸襟为城市的可持续发展不断注入动力和活力,造就了上海历史上的辉煌。20世纪90年代中期,随着浦东开发开放效应的进一步积聚,浦东对海内外各类人才产生了巨大的向心力,也成为全国务工女性的首选地之一。50余万处于劳动年龄段的青壮年女性的流入,为新区的开发建设和经济发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。本文在广泛调研的基础上对新区外来女性年龄构成、受教育程度、行职业分布等展开较详尽地分析,以企能为新区政府制定人口规划和人才引进政策提供一定的决策依据。

Shanghai has been famous for immigration city as an international metropolis. Its breadth capacity which can converge all rivers into sea injects a strong power and vitality into urban sustained development, also created Shanghai splendiferous in history. Accompany with accumulated effects of development and opening in Pudong New Area where has been attracted various talents both in China and oversea since 1995. It has also been one of the first place are selected by working women all of the China. More than five hundred thousand labors of woman young adults flew into Pudong New Area who has had enormous contribution to construction and economic development in there. Based on extensive surveys, the paper analyzed in detail on the woman floating population whose structure of age, education degree, occupation and industries distribution. We hope we can provide some valuable proposals to boosting the Administration of Pudong New Area making population plans and policies of imported talents in the future.
