摘要
利用醋酸及其衍生物作为多元碳能底物,进行烷烃发酵制取长链二元酸,考察了多元底物对产酸进程的影响,提出了热带假丝酵母变异菌株对多元底物进行代谢的机理模型。试验结果表明,以醋酸衍生物为多元碳能底物的多元底物发酵法可以提高二元酸产量及烃酸转化率。
The method of poly substance fermentation (PSF) by acetate was used in preparation of dicarboxylic acid (DC), and the effect of PSF on the course of producing DC was investigated. The conversion and DC yield were higher by PSF method. Based on the test, the way of poly substance in the C.tropicalis variant metabolism was incorporated into a scheme.
