泛珠三角技能人才分布问题及对策

On Skilled Labor Distribution in Pan Pearl River Delta and the Policy Recommendations

目前泛珠三角区域内存在技能人才资源配置结构不合理、高级技能人才缺失、合理开发和系统整合欠缺等问题。本文分析了泛珠三角区域技能人才资源分布状况,探究了泛珠三角区域经济发展技能人才存在的问题,提出了优化泛珠三角技能人才结构分布的对策建议。

Currently, the issues exist in Pan-Pearl Triangle District are that the structure of skilled talents resources＇ distribution is irrational, the senior skilled talents are scarcity and the reasonable development and integration system are deficiency. This paper analyses skilled talents＇ distribution, researches on the issues concerning the skilled talents and advances the strategies and proposals of optimizing skilled talents＇ distribution structure in PPTD region.
