发达国家在发展循环经济方面走在世界的前列,其做法如超前制定相应的发展政策、积极建立健全法律法规体系、注重发挥中介组织的作用、努力提高公众的参与意识、构建不同层次的生产组织体系、为发展循环经济寻求技术支撑、目标明确地调整产业结构等,对我国发展循环经济提供了有益启示。
The developed countries lead the world in developing the recycling economy,their methods provide the beneficial inspiration for China to develop recycling economy.Such as. formulate the corresponding development policy beforehand, positively establish and perfect the system of laws and regulations, pay great attention to playing the role of intermediary organizations, strive to raise the people＇s consciousness of participation, construct production organization system in different levels, seek technical supports in order to develop cyclic economy, adjust the industrial structure with a definite purpose.
