摘要
目的:评价Tetric N-Flow流体树脂结合釉质成形术用于年轻恒牙深窝沟治疗的临床效果。方法:76名8-12岁学龄儿童(男31名,女45名),将视觉检查及探针检查发现有深窝沟的年轻恒牙436个随机分为A、B两个实验组。A组采用Tetric N-Flow流体树脂结合釉质成形术(enameloplasty sealant technique,EST)进行深窝沟治疗;B组以Tetric N-Flow流体树脂进行常规窝沟封闭治疗(conventional sealant technique,CST)采取自身双侧对照方法,设对侧同名牙为对照组(C组)。在第12、18、24个月进行临床对比观察。结果:第12个月复查时A、B组材料保留率分别为98.56%和97.24%,龋病发生率均为0%;同一时间点比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。第18个月时A、B组材料保留率、龋病发生率分别为96.24%、90.58%和0%、0.72%,两组材料保留率差异有显著性(P<0.05),龋病发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。第24个月复查时A、B组材料保留率、龋病发生率分别为92.19%、84.62%和1.56%、5.38%,两组材料保留率和龋病发生率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各时间点A、B两组龋病发生率均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:Tetric N-Flow流体树脂具有优良的防龋效果,结合釉质成形术用于年轻恒牙深窝沟治疗能更有效地预防年轻恒牙窝沟龋的发生。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Tetric N-Flow flowable resin combined with enameloplasty in deep pits and fissures of young permanent molars sealant technique. Method: 436 deep pits and fissures of permanent molars in 76 schoolchildren aged from 8 to 12 years (male 31, Female 45) for a vision and probe examination were randomly divided into 2 experimental groups: A and B. In group A, treated with Tetric N-Flow flowable resin in occlusal pit and fissure enameloplasty sealant technique (EST), but in group B with Tetric N-Flow flowable resin in occlusal pit and fissure conventional sealant technique (CST), the opposite teeth employed as the controls (group C), compared clinically in the 12th, 18th and 24th month. Result: After 12months, the sealant of groups A and B were found to be reserved as 98.56% and 97.24% respectively, and the occurrence of dental caries were both for 0%,there was no significant difference at the same time point (P〉0.05) : The sealant of groups A and B were found to be reserved as 96.24%and90.58% respectively (P〈0.05), and the occurrence of dental caries were 0%and0.72% respectively (P〉0.05) at the 18th month: After 24months, the rate of the sealant reservation and the incidence of caries of EST were 92.19% and 1.56% respectively, while that of CST were 84.62% and 5.38% respectively; Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference (P〈0.05) between the two groups, and the occurrence of dental caries decreased to be lower of that of group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Tetric N-Flow flowable resin has excellent clinical effect on caries prevention, combined with enameloplasty appears to be an effective prophylaxis against occurrence of pits and fissures caries of young permanent molars.
