分析国内柠檬酸生产发酵罐现状，介绍已开发成功的喷环式好氧发酵罐。它突破了传统发酵罐的传质机理和设计技术，具有增产降耗、节能的效果和显著的经济、社会效益。本成果水平属国内领先，国际上尚无先例。

This articl analyzes the current situation of fermentation tank for citric acid production in China and introduces the successfully developed spraying ring type aerophile fermentation tank. It has broken through the mass transfer mechanism and design technology of the traditional fermentation, as a result, production rate can be increased, consumption decreased, energy conservation enhanced and remarkable economic and social benefits obtained. The technical level for this achievement is in leading position in China and so far as the author knows, no presedent is available from internatiolanl reports.
