摘要
我国台湾地区医学教育从1998年被美国教育部外国医学教育及评监制度国家委员会认为的“不相比”到2003年获取认同,所进行的改革卓有成效。介绍了台湾医学教育的发展概况,总结其主要经验,认为增加面谈环节,改进医学生招录模式;在医预科教育阶段加强与推进医学教育中的博雅教育;临床教育的改进和医学教育评监制度的建立方面的改革实施是其教育品质不断提升的重要因素,这些成功经验值得借鉴。
Medical education in Taiwan has witnessed a development from being "incomparable" in 1998 by the national committee on overseas medical education and assessment systems under the US Education Department, to being recognized in 2003, thanks to an effective reform. The authors described the development profile of such a reform and its key insights. The findings are as follows: Add an interview step to improve the student admission practice; enhance and encourage liberal education in premedicine eourses; and reforms in clinical education and medical education assessment/monitoring system. Authors hold that these factors will contribute to a growing quality momentum in its education and success in reforms.
