摘要
以扦插苗的成活率为评价指标,对三叶木通的扦插繁殖技术进行了一系列的育苗试验,对影响三叶木通扦插成活的栽培因素进行了探讨。结果表明,采条时间、扦插季节、插条直径大小、树龄、激素调控等栽培因素对三叶木通扦插成活率均有较大影响。
A series cultivation experiments of cuttage techniques of Akebia trifoliata Koidz were conducted and the cultivation factors affect the success of cuttage of Akebia trifoliata Koidz were analyzed by survival rate of cutting seedlings. The results showed that the cultivation factors such as the time of scion collecting, the season of cuttage, the diameter size of cutting, the age of tree and hormonal regulation etc. all had a large influence to the survival rate of cuttage of Akebia trifoliata Koidz.
