摘要
对菜粉蝶和桑尺蠖2种危害湖南省蚕桑生产较严重的昆虫微孢子虫进行了研究,结果探明在湖南省部分蚕区发生的菜粉蝶微粒子病自然发生率为46.7%,桑尺蠖微粒子病自然发生率为15.8%。将2种微孢子虫收集后做进一步实验,得知菜粉蝶微孢子虫对家蚕的感染性强、胚种传染性较弱、致病力极弱,对家蚕的饲养成绩影响极小;桑尺蠖微孢子虫对家蚕的感染性特别强、胚种传染性极弱、致病力也非常弱,对家蚕的饲养成绩基本没有影响。目前在湖南省蚕桑生产中发现的微孢子虫与典型微孢子虫Nosema bombycis存在显著差异,为昆虫感染而来的异型微孢子。
Two microsporidians of Pieris rapae and Hemerophila atrilineata, which seriously harm for silkworm industry in Hunan, were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the abiogenetic rate of Pieris rapae microsporidiosis was 46.7%, and the abiogenetic rate of Hemerophila atrilineata microsporidiosis was 15.0% in partial Hunan silkworm regions. The effect of Pieris rapae microsporidian on silkworm production was minimal for strong infectivity but low embryo infectivity and low pathogenicity; the effect of Hemerophila atrilineata microsporidian on silkworm production was also minimal for the same reasons with which of Pieris rapae microsporidian .
