加快转变甘肃农业发展方式的对策建议

Suggestions on Accelerating Transformation of Agricultural Development Mode in Gansu

在分析甘肃农业转型态势的基础上,根据甘肃不同区域加快转变农业发展方式的思路和实现路径选择,从培育和发展特色农业产业集群、完善投融资制度、培育和壮大农产品物流实体、完善农业科技创新和服务体系、健全农产品质量安全保障体系、整合和培育主导品牌、构建农村劳动力分类培训体系、加快农产品加工业发展进程、完善良种补贴制度等方面提出了加快农业发展方式转变的对策建议。

On the basis of analyzing the Gansu agricultural transformation status, according to the thinking and the selection of achieving methods of accelerating transformation of agricultural development mode in different area of Gansu, the suggestions were promoted from the follow aspects： develop industrial cluster of characteristic agriculture; improve venture investment; enlarge logistics of agricultural products; perfect innovation and service system of agricultural technology; perfect quality and safety assurance system of agricultural products; integrate and cultivate the well-known brand; construct the classified training system for rural labor force; accelerate the development of agricultural products processing industry; consummate the regulations of subsidy for improved variety.
