摘要
对苯酚直接羟基化制苯二酚反应物系的分析方法进行研究。用聚乙二醇20000作固定液,用PorapakP作载体,热导检测的GC分析方法分析样品中苯酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚和水的相对组成,用热失重分析方法分析样品中焦油的含量,进而计算样品中各物质的实际组成、反应中苯酚的转化率及生成苯二酚的选择性。因而可以正确地评价催化剂的活性指标及工程因素对苯酚羟基化制苯二酚反应的影响。
n analysis method for hydroxylation of phenol over titanium silicalite1(TS1) is presentedThe relative fraction of phenol,cathecol,hydroquinone and water in the samples were determined through gas chromatography(GC)method and the fractions of tars in the samples were measured through thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)methodThus,the real fractions of the samples can be computed with the help of GC data and TGA data,and the conversion and selectivity of phenol can be calculated correctly
