摘要
进行了由间甲苯胺为原料,经乙酰化、氯化、水解、磺化等反应制备CLT酸的合成研究。CLT酸的合成由专利的分批操作法改为工业化生产较为适宜的从原料到产品的一锅法合成。通过对反应工艺条件的优化研究,获得了较佳的合成工艺条件,CLT酸的总收率由分批操作的约62%提高到约65%。研究表明:一锅法工艺合成CLT酸,效果较好。
In this paper,the method of preparation of CLT acid from m-toluidine via acylation,chlorination,hydrolization and sulfonation was studied.The batch operation of CLT acid synthesis by Japanese patent has been changed to the once-through operation to fit for the industrialization production.From the investigation of optimizing reaction condition, We get the optimum synthesis condition of CLT acid. The total yield of CLT acid increased from 62 percent by the batch operation to about 65 percent the once-through operation. The results show that synthesis of CLT acid by the once-through operation is better than that by the batch operation.
