内镜下儿童腺样体切除3种不同术式的疗效和优越性评价

Evaluation of curative effect and superiority of three approaches of endoscopic adenoidectomy in children

目的评价经鼻径路内镜下电切吸钻腺样体切除术(TNEA)、经口径路内镜下电切吸钻腺样体切除术(TOEA)和经鼻导入内镜经口导入电切吸钻联合径路腺样体切除术(TCEA)的疗效和优越性。方法分析60例接受不同方式腺样体切除术的患儿的手术资料、临床症状和恢复情况,结果进行统计比较。结果3种手术方式对患者症状改善率差异无显著性,均无腺样体残留,但TOEA的手术时间、出血量和并发症等方面均优于TNEA和TCEA。结论3种术式均是内镜下腺样体切除的有效术式,TOEA为三者中最佳术式。

[Objective] To evaluate the curative effect and superiority of transnasal endoscopic adenoidectomy （TNEA）, transoral endoscopic adenoidectomy （TOEA）, and combined transnasal and transoral endoscopic adenoidectomy （TCEA）. [Methods] Operation data and clinical data of 60 children who received adenoidectomy were studied and analyzed statistically. [Results] There is no significant difference in the effective rates of the three groups. No residual adenoid was found therein any group. Operation time was shorter, bleeding volume was less and complications were fewer in TOEA group than in TNEA or TCEA group. [Conclusions] The three approaches of adenoidectomy are all effective, TOEA is the best of the three.
