摘要 3-氯-三氟甲基苯经硝化和还原反应合成了4-氯-2-三氟甲基苯胺。研究了反应温度、投料比及反应时间对上述两个单元反应的影响,给出了3-氯-三氟甲基苯硝化产物的精制方法。 Abstract Chloro-2-trifluoromethylaniline was synthesized from 3-chloro-trifluoromethyl benzene via nitration and reduction.The effects of the reaction temperature,the ratio of raw materials,and the reaction time on the two reactions were investigated.A separation method of the reaction mixture of nitration of 3-chloro-trifluoromethyl benzene was given.The chemical structures of 4-chloro-2-trifluoromethyl-nitrobenzene and 4-chloro-2-trifluoromethyl aniline were examined by Mass and NMR spectra..
