丝裂霉素联合卡介苗交替膀胱灌注治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤疗效分析

Curative effect of alternate mitomycin and bacille calmette guerin (BCG) alternate irrigation of bladder for treatment of superficial bladder tumor

目的比较浅表膀胱肿瘤经尿道膀胱肿瘤钬激光切除术后不同灌注药物的疗效。方法56例浅表性膀胱癌钬激光切除术后患者随机分为2组,卡介苗(单药组)组27例,术后用卡介苗膀胱灌注治疗;卡介苗联合丝裂霉素组(联合组)28例,术后用丝裂霉素与卡介苗交替膀胱灌注治疗。结果随访24个月,卡介苗组和丝裂霉素联合卡介苗组2年复发率分别为29.6%和21.4%。丝裂霉素联合卡介苗组复发率明显低于卡介苗组,差异有显著性。结论经尿道钬激光切除膀胱肿瘤后丝裂霉素联合卡介苗膀胱灌注降低术后复发率,效果优于单用卡介苗。

[Objective] To compare the curative effects of different drugs used for irrigation of bladder for treatment of superficial bladder tumor. [Methods] Fifty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups： BCG group （single drug group） with 27 cases was treated by BCG after surgery, mitomycin and BCG group （united group） with 28 cases received alternate irrigation with mitomycin and BCG after surgery. [Results] All were followed up for 24 months, The recurrence rates of single drug group and united group were 29.6% and 21.4%, respectively, the difference between the two groups had significance. [Conclusion] Alternate mitomycin and BCG irrigation of bladder after transurethral holmium laser surgery can lower the recurrence rate, the effect surpasses irrigation of bladder with BCG alone.
