摘要
对图书馆法的性质、立法目标、经费来源、图书馆的设立及资源共享等立法工作中要注意的问题进行探讨。
Ministry of Culture restarted the legislation of Public Library Law at the end of 2008, and at the beginning of 2009, it also has been listed on the schedule of the Standing Committee of the 1 lth National People＇s Congress. So, the legislation is stepping into crucial time. This article focuses on several basic issues, such as the nature of Library Law, the aim of legislation, the budget, the establishment of library and the sources share.
