丁二烯、苯乙烯溶液共聚体系的偶联反应 被引量:7

摘要 以n-BuLi为引发剂,THF/n-BuLi(摩尔比)为80~300,在丁二烯、苯乙烯负离子共聚体系中加入SnCl4或己二酸二乙酯(DEAP)进行偶联反应,研究了THF和偶联剂用量、偶联反应温度和时间及共聚物不同链末端结构对偶联反应的影响。结果表明,SnCl4的偶联效率(51.6%)高于DEAP(43.8%),且该体系共聚物链末端结构对偶联效率无影响;SnCl4较佳的偶联反应条件为:50℃,30min,SnCl4/n-BuLi为0. The coupling reaction of butadiene-styrene anionic copolymerization system was studied in the presence of higher mole ratio of THF/n-BuLi(80~300) with n-BuLi as initiator,SnCl4 or diethyl adipate(DEAP) as coupling agent.The effects of THF/n-BuLi content,coupling agent amount,coupling reaction temperature and time,and different end structure of copolymer on the coupling reaction were investigated. It was found that the coupling efficiency of SnCl4 (51.6%) was higher than DEAP (43.8%),and the coupling efficiency effect of different end structure of copolymer was not obvious. The better conditions of SnCl4 coupling reaction were 50 ℃,30 min and SnCl4/n-BuLi 0.13.
