摘要
采用聚碳酸酯聚氨酯(PCPU)与环氧树脂(EP)合成了一系列PCPU/EP复合聚合物,通过红外光谱分析研究了PCPU与EP的反应历程及表观反应动力学,表明两者间发生了接枝反应,受力实验数据表明:当PCPU/EP=10/100时PCPU/EP的冲击强度和粘接剪切强度呈现最大值,最佳PCPU/EP复合聚合物可通过调整PCPU中NCO/OH的比值和PCPU/EP组成来设计与制备。
series of composite polymers (PCPU/EP) were synthesized from Polycarbonate Polyurethane (PCPU) and epoxy resin (EP). The reaction mechanism and apparent reaction kinetics of PCPU with EP were studied by means of IR spectrum. It was proved that grafting structure occurs between PCPU and EP. It shows from experimental data that both the impact strength and adhesion shearing strength of PCPU/EP composite appear maximum values as PCPU/EP=10/100. The optimal composite polymer can be designed and prepared through adjusting the ratio of NCO/OH in PCPU and the chemical composition of PCPU/EP.
