以可乐瓶底模具为例,利用CAXA ME提出复杂模具从造型设计到数控加工刀具轨迹仿真、代码生成和输送给数控机床等一体化的全面解决方案,从而缩短了模具的设计、制造周期,提高了模具加工质量。
CAXA ME was used to give an overall solution to the development of a complex mould for a Coke bottom of bottle, which includes the model design, tool path simulation of NC machining, and the generation and transfer of code into the CNC machines. The design and manufacturing cycle time can thus be reduced and the mould processing quality improved.
