摘要
为了提高冲压效率,降低生产成本,实现冲压自动化,研制1台高速精密辊式送料装置,介绍了装置的设计方案、加工工艺及技术特点。经生产验证,送料装置各项技术参数和送料精度均符合设计要求,满足了用户对高速高精度送料装置的要求。
A high speed and precision roU-type feeding device was developed for the automatic stamping. The processing technology, the technical design scheme and characteristic of the apparatus were stated.
