摘要
根据洗发水瓶盖的工艺要求,对塑件进行了结构分析,利用UG/NX4建立了三维数据图,进行了塑件体积与重量计算,并对塑件进行了注射模设计与模流分析。模具1模4腔、点浇口、三板模、模外定距分型,具有结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,生产效率高等特点。对模具型腔与流道进行了模流分析,结果表明:模具浇注系统设置合理,塑料能完全充满型腔且流动平衡。型腔压力梯度均匀,不会出现滞流、溢料等质量缺陷,流体外表温度分布较均匀,表面质量能够得到保证。
After analysis on the technical requirement and structure of a shampoo bottle cap, a 3D data map was built by using UG/NX4 for calculating the volume and weight of the plastic cap and then an injenfion mould was developed. The 3-plate mould is characteristic by four cavities, pin-point gate and external fixed-distance parting mechanism. The mould flow analysis on the cavities and nmner system indicate that the plastics can totally fill the cavities and keep flow equilibrium. Therefore the mould performs a uniform pressure gradient in cavities and defects such as stagnant flow and flash overflow won' t occur. The surface temperature of the fluid is well distributed and the surface quality is guaranteed.
