摘要
本文采用偶联剂与叶腊石共磨的工艺方法,使叶腊石的粉磨与改性同时进行。实验表明:采用共磨的方法偶联剂具有明显的助磨效果;经偶联剂处理后,粉体表面完全憎水化,并且不同偶联剂具有不同的改性效果。结果表明:钛酸酯类>硅烷类>硬脂酸类。
Abstract The report stated the experiment that grinding pyrauxite into powder and modification are processed at sametime by means of co grinding bouth couplers and pyrauxite. The experiment indicated that the coupling agent has an evident effect in grinding aid by this method, the surface of powder shows a complete hydrophobicization after coupling agent processing,and the effect depends on coupling agents. Result is organic titanate silane octadecanoic acid.
