儿童上颈椎损伤的外科治疗及进展 被引量：1

摘要 儿童颈椎损伤并不常见，绝大多数发生于上颈椎，因其发病率较低，临床报道较少，大样本研究更不多见。儿童颈椎尚在生长发育阶段，有不同于成人的特点，在手术适应证、手术方案选择等方面尚存在争议。随着影像技术、内固定技术的发展和临床经验的积累，对其认识也不断深入明确，现将近年来外科治疗进展综述如下。
