摘要
带高频环节的静电除尘用大功率直流高压电源的du/dt、di/dt和静电除尘器的工作方式(电晕、火花)所引起的电磁干扰对控制电路是一个严峻的挑战。为解决此问题,从电磁兼容的角度优化了控制系统的设计,并对功率电路的主要干扰源采取措施。通过在一台输出功率60 kW、输出电压60 kV、逆变频率20 kHz电源中的成功运用,证明此电磁兼容性设计方案实用、有效。
The du/dt and di/dt of high voltage high power DC power supply for ESP with high frequency link, as well as corona and spark from electrostatic precipitator, exert severe electromagnetic interference on the control circuit. In order to solve this problem, an optimized design of the control system with electromagnetic compatibility is conducted, and a method to suppress the main noise source of power electric circuit is proposed. The application of the design and the method in a power supply with output power 60 kW, output voltage 60 kV and switch frequency 20 kHz verifies their effectiveness.
